Our warehouse is a CLUSTER FACTORY 60′ X 120′ secured with guardhouse at the entrance of the factory; and additional security is provided by 24-hour security at Eko Business Park II. The surroundings are gated and guarded. Our building is integrated with a host of intelligent green features designed to keep resource and energy-usage low as well as carbon footprints minimal, making Eco Business Park 2 a truly self-sustainable industrial park. It is an Innovative-flexi space concept warehouse equipped with environmental-friendly features like rainwater harvesting and LED street lamps, along with a clear-roof design and full-height glazed windows to allow plenty of natural light into the spaces. The building structure is reinforced concrete, steel frame and steel trusses, brick walls, the roof is mainly metal deck roofing with reinforced concrete flat roof, metal roller shutter for service entrance, fire-rated door, and metal doors with quality locks.
